Thank you for choosing the Zdorovyak platform. This Policy defines the procedure for processing personal data of platform users, as well as other persons providing their personal data in connection with platform use.
Please read this document carefully. By providing us with personal data, you agree to its processing in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not provide your personal data and do not use the platform.

Terms and Definitions
Policy means this privacy policy available on the Internet at https://zdorovyak.com/legal/policy_conf_eng.html.
Personal Data means any information relating to an individual who is directly or indirectly identified or identifiable based on such information.
Operator means Individual Entrepreneur DEMIDOV EVGENY VLADIMIROVICH (Primary State Registration Number of Individual Entrepreneur (OGRNIP): 325774600699146, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 771471529305), who processes Personal Data and determines processing purposes, composition of Personal Data, and actions performed with such data.
Platform (Services) means a software complex including the website https://zdorovyak.com/ and its subdomains (https://da.zdorovyak.com/, https://ai.zdorovyak.com/, https://my.zdorovyak.com/ and others), and the "Zdorovyak" mobile application, intended for creating and publishing websites, as well as for designing, configuring, and launching chatbots, robots, and agents (including those based on artificial intelligence), and call / SMS booking admin services.
User means an individual or legal entity registered on the Platform and using its functional capabilities to create Projects.
Project means a website, chatbot, robot, or agent created by a User via the Platform's functional capabilities.
End User (Project Visitor) means an individual visiting User websites or interacting with User chatbots/robots.
Applicant means any person sending the Operator a request, complaint, or claim regarding Platform use and/or operation.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Application of Policy Terms. The provisions of this Policy apply when the Operator processes Personal Data of: (1) visitors of https://zdorovyak.com/ and its subdomains (including da.zdorovyak.com and ai.zdorovyak.com); (2) Platform and mobile application Users; (3) Applicants.
1.2. Processing of Personal Data within Projects (Websites and Bots). By using Platform functionality, Users may collect and process Personal Data of End Users (third parties) within their Projects, including by means of:
Users bear sole responsibility for lawful collection and processing of End User Personal Data. The Operator (Zdorovyak) only provides technical infrastructure and processes such data strictly upon Users' instructions. The Operator is not responsible for User actions related to data collection within their Projects. Any End User claims must be addressed directly to the User (owner of the bot/website).
2. Personal Data of Website and Platform Visitors
2.1. Ensuring Service Operation. The Operator processes mandatory and functional cookies, IP addresses, browser and device type data of visitors. Such processing is based on the Operator's legitimate interest in ensuring correct website and mobile application operation and analyzing user experience.
3. Personal Data of Users
3.1. Providing Access to Platform Functionality. For registration, identification, and access provision, the Operator processes name, email address, phone number, and technical identifiers (User ID, IP address). Processing is based on the User Agreement.
3.2. Payment of Fees and Services. When paying license fees by bank card, the Operator does not receive full card details. We process only masked card number, expiration date, payment date, and transaction status. Direct payment data processing is performed by partner banks and payment aggregators.
3.3. Technical Support. When contacting support, the Operator processes name, contact details, and any other information provided by the User in the request to promptly resolve the issue.
3.4. Integration with Third-Party Services (Messengers and API). To operate robots and chatbots, Users may connect third-party service accounts (Telegram, WhatsApp, VK, etc.) to the Platform. In this case, the Operator receives access to authorization tokens, account IDs, and public profile data to ensure integrations operate properly.
3.5. Informational Mailings. The Operator may send Users notifications about Platform updates and new services. The User may unsubscribe from marketing mailings at any time via account settings or a link in the email.
4. Specifics of Data Processing During Operation of Robots and Agents
4.1. Dialogue Logs. The Platform stores message history (chat logs) between End Users and robots created by the User. This is required for technical operability of Platform functionality and to allow Users to analyze bot performance.
4.2. Use of AI Technologies. If the User configures a robot using AI technologies integrated into the Platform (LLM), End User text requests may be transmitted via secure channels to third-party AI providers for response generation. The User must notify their End Users that AI is being used.
5. Methods and Terms of Processing
5.1. Processing Methods. The Operator performs both automated and non-automated processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction.
5.2. Terms. Personal Data is processed no longer than required by processing purposes, or until consent withdrawal by the User, or during the term of the User Agreement, and after termination - during the period established by Russian law (for example, for accounting purposes).
6. Use of Databases
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), and extraction of Personal Data of citizens of the Russian Federation are performed using databases located in the Russian Federation (including servers of Yandex.Cloud LLC).
7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
7.1. The Operator does not sell Personal Data to third parties. Data transfer is possible only to achieve purposes set out in this Policy.
7.2. Processing by Instruction. The Operator may transfer data to partners ensuring Platform operation, under strict confidentiality terms. Such partners include:
7.3. Data transfer to governmental authorities is performed strictly under procedures established by Russian law and based on official requests.
8. Protection and Security
8.1. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties (including communication channel encryption, restricting database access, and regular backups).
8.2. If the Platform is used by a person under 18 years old, such person must obtain consent of legal representatives for data processing or immediately stop using the Platform.
9. Consent Withdrawal, Deletion, and Data Destruction
9.1. Consent Withdrawal. The User may at any time withdraw consent for data processing or request account deletion by emailing support@zdorovyak.com.
9.2. Destruction Periods. Upon consent withdrawal or deletion request, the Operator stops data processing within no more than 10 (ten) business days. Direct destruction of data from Operator servers is performed within no more than 30 (thirty) days from request receipt, unless otherwise required by Russian law.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
10.1. Before going to court, a pre-trial claim is mandatory. The period for response to a claim is 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
10.2. This Policy and relations between the User and the Operator are governed by applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. The Operator may amend this Policy unilaterally. A new version becomes effective upon publication on the Website and in the Mobile Application unless otherwise provided by the new version.
11.2. Appeals and requests related to Personal Data processing shall be sent in electronic form to: support@zdorovyak.com.
